About the role

Vista Global is seeking a Sales Director for Africa to drive new‑business acquisition for its VistaJet Programme, XO Memberships and ad‑hoc charter services. This pure hunter role focuses on building and converting a pipeline of qualified prospects, with onboarding handed over to client services.

Key responsibilities

Identify, research and prospect new client opportunities across the African market.
Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline, prioritising lead quality over volume.
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, first meeting, proposal, negotiation and close.
Hand over won accounts to Client Services or Account Management for smooth onboarding.
Log all sales activity in Salesforce in real time.

Required profile

At least four years of hunter‑style sales experience selling high‑value products or services.
Experience engaging high‑net‑worth individuals and C‑level decision makers.
Fluency in French is desired.
Passion for prospecting and new client acquisition.
