Sales Enablement Program Manager

About the role

As a Sales Enablement Program Manager you will design, build and deliver enterprise‑wide enablement initiatives that help sellers win business. Working closely with regional sales leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure that salespeople have the right content, training and tools to accelerate pipeline and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Enablement, Product, Channel and Marketing teams to create repeatable, market‑driven sales plays.
• Develop, curate and manage compelling enablement content and training programs that drive pipeline acceleration.
• Own program timelines, communications and best‑practice documentation.
• Drive cross‑functional participation throughout program development and execution.
• Design creative delivery and engagement mechanisms for sellers and channel partners.

Required profile

• Experience selling or marketing enterprise technology security solutions.
• Strong presentation abilities for executives and individual contributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, independent thinker who can define and deliver on objectives.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required skills
