Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) – Hotel Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, guest‑focused Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic and can deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales activities, building relationships with key accounts, and maximizing business opportunities for our hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility for the hotel through direct sales and networking.
• Cover all levels of assigned accounts, ensuring comprehensive client servicing and achieving sales targets.
• Implement sales objectives and action plans to exceed revenue goals.
• Solicit and manage transient, group, and meeting business.
• Apply selling strategies during negotiations and maximize up‑selling opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the property’s unique selling points, features, and policies.
• Prepare corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other business correspondence.
• Provide market feedback on competition and trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate experience in a similar sales role.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Independent, innovative, and able to promote the brand consistently.
