Sales Executive – Auto Loans (Field Sales)

About the role

The Sales Executive – Auto Loans will promote auto loan products and cross‑sell other banking solutions within an assigned territory. Working on the field, you will be responsible for meeting financial targets while building a strong customer base for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed auto loan sales targets and develop new customer relationships.
• Promote auto loan products and cross‑sell additional FAB offerings.
• Conduct promotional activities, meetings and roadshows in the assigned area.
• Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete, accurate and error‑free.
• Follow up on document discrepancies and resubmit corrected files.
• Provide regular sales MIS and market feedback to the Team Leader and Sales Manager.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and adhere to KYC and ethical standards.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and recommend credit‑worthy applications.
• Act as Team Leader in their absence and handle routine complaints professionally.
• Report any fraudulent or unethical activities to the line manager immediately.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience selling banking or financial products.
• Strong convincing and negotiating abilities.
• Awareness of competition and ability to suggest product improvements.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal departments and branches.
