Sales Executive – Automotive (UAE National)

About the role
The Sales Executive will drive unit sales, finance and insurance uptake, trade‑ins and accessories while ensuring high customer satisfaction and net promoter scores throughout the buying journey.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales and gross margin targets, as well as Finance & Insurance, trade‑in and accessories goals.
- Guide customers through a structured sales journey, manage leads from telephone, web and walk‑ins, and aim for a 25% conversion rate.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and showroom staff to align sales efforts and improve NPS/CSV scores.
- Accurately capture customer data in Fastrack and stay updated on brand and competitor campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
- UAE national status; fluent written and spoken English, Arabic preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and upselling abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
