Sales Executive – B2B AI Software Solutions

About the role

Soluvide is launching its AI‑driven software platform in the UAE and needs two Sales Executives to build the market from scratch. You will work remotely‑first from Abu Dhabi, targeting companies across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, selling AI chatbots, agents and business automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect companies in real‑estate, healthcare, construction, logistics and professional services that have manual enquiry processes.
• Generate opportunities through outbound calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, industry events and referrals.
• Conduct discovery meetings to map current workflows, quantify manual effort and determine decision‑makers.
• Demonstrate Soluvide’s AI assistants, clearly explaining capabilities and limitations.
• Prepare detailed scoping briefs for the engineering team so a fixed‑fee proposal can be issued within 24 hours.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement, handling objections, commercial terms and coordinating technical calls.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all accounts, contacts and activities.
• Report market feedback to refine positioning and product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or technology solutions.
• Proven ability to identify and engage owners, general managers or operations directors.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the capacity to build a pipeline from zero.
