Sales Executive – B2B & B2C

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to generate new B2B and B2C business across the UAE for MMC Print n Gift. The role involves acquiring corporate accounts, promoting gifting, printing and branding solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients and corporate accounts throughout the UAE.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Procurement, Marketing, Admin and Events teams.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop existing accounts, identify upselling opportunities and maintain accurate sales records.
• Stay informed about market trends, corporate gifting products and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or corporate sales.
• Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing or branding is highly preferred.
• Existing UAE corporate network and strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, conduct cold calls and close sales.
• Target‑driven, proactive and self‑motivated attitude.
