Sales Executive - Car Leasing & Lease-to-Own

About the role

ShareDrive offers all-inclusive car leasing, lease-to-own and car subscriptions for individuals and businesses in the UAE. It is looking for a sales executive who puts the customer first to handle enquiries and guide customers through the leasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries about leasing, lease-to-own and car sales quickly and professionally
• Understand each customer's needs and suggest the right car and plan
• Prepare quotes using ShareDrive's official pricing tools and explain every cost clearly
• Guide customers through documents, approval, contract signing and delivery
• Keep every lead and conversation up to date in the CRM
• Follow up on quotes and build long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers
• Work with the operations, insurance and fleet teams so every handover goes smoothly

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally in car leasing, rental, dealerships or car finance
• Strong English communication; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Russian is a plus
• Understanding of UAE leasing and lease-to-own basics: deposits, insurance, VAT and documents
• Honest, organised, target-driven and calm under pressure
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
