Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals

About the role

CASTECH Middle East FZE is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to grow its market presence across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and driving sales growth in the construction chemicals sector. It is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction chemicals industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors and key industry clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to find prospective customers and expand the customer base.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and monitor market developments to increase product sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of UAE sales experience in the construction chemicals industry (mandatory).
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory); must currently reside in the UAE.
• Experience in business development, sales negotiations, quotation preparation and client relationship management.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of construction chemicals and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
