Sales Executive – Fitness Coaching Services

About the role

Base Career’s Project Reshape team in Dubai delivers personalised fitness coaching and sustainable results for clients recovering from injury or seeking improved health and strength. As a full‑time Sales Executive you will drive revenue growth by selling coaching services, memberships and packages through both in‑person and virtual interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual consultations.
• Present coaching services to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Close new memberships and coaching packages.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with coaches to understand service offerings.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Interest or knowledge of fitness, coaching or wellness services.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai, manage time and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English.

• Competence in common digital tools.
