Sales Executive – FMCG Principal (Dubai HQ)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth for a fast‑growing FMCG/Food & Beverage brand owner. Based in our Dubai headquarters, you will own key markets such as Kuwait, Jordan and Egypt while supporting expansion across the GCC and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Map target customers, identify opportunities and generate new leads and distribution partners.
• Grow sales in existing markets in collaboration with local partners and distributors.
• Build and strengthen long‑term B2B relationships.
• Support strategic sales planning, forecasting and execution against targets.
• Maintain pricing consistency and manage commercial tools.
• Track lead status, negotiate contracts, handle renewals and conduct market visits.
• Assist partner onboarding, documentation and product registration processes.
• Improve sales reporting and analysis tools and share insights cross‑functionally.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Innovation and Supply Chain on go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage sales of branded products.
• Strong B2B sales capability with a partnership‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Organised, proactive and solution‑driven, comfortable with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” environment.
• Willingness to travel across different cultures and markets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
