Sales Executive - HORECA

About the role

Careers International is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai, focused on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering) sector. The ideal candidate has proven B2B sales experience in HORECA and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants and catering businesses, to generate new business.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Offer tailored solutions to HORECA clients, including FMCG products and fresh produce such as fruits and vegetables.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors and client preferences to spot new opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts and client updates to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and work with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in HORECA or the fresh produce industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and offer customized solutions.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
