About the role
Join the Hotels team as a Sales Executive and drive new business opportunities to increase revenue while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads by analysing market trends and competitor activity.
- Grow existing customer accounts and expand market share through relationship building and local travel.
- Negotiate group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts aligned with pricing strategies.
- Support business growth with local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain detailed sales activity records and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
