About the role

Join the Hotels team as a Sales Executive and drive new business opportunities to increase revenue while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads by analysing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Grow existing customer accounts and expand market share through relationship building and local travel.
  • Negotiate group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts aligned with pricing strategies.
  • Support business growth with local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain detailed sales activity records and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
