Sales Executive – Hotel Experience

About the role

As a Sales Executive for a hotel property, you will support the sales team in driving revenue and building lasting customer relationships. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Revenue Department to implement the hotel’s sales plan and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay or event.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales activities and the preparation of annual sales and marketing plans.
• Analyse market data using sales systems and produce reports and dashboards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction results for sales and catering and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Department to provide accurate and timely information.
• Attend trade shows, customer events and sales missions to develop key relationships.
• Research local media and online sources to generate new sales leads.
• Conduct hotel tours for prospective accounts and prepare RFP documentation.
• Track guest feedback and work with operational teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in sales or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency with sales systems for data analysis and reporting.
