Sales Executive - Inside Sales Cars

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for Dubizzle Cars, you will be the main point of contact for customers interested in automotive services. You will combine phone outreach with occasional field visits to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Consult customers, recommend value‑added services such as insurance, warranties and financing, and present tailored proposals.
• Maintain professional communication via calls, emails and messaging.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Record all interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4‑5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
• Experience in automotive sales or related services is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized with aggressive follow‑up capabilities.
