Sales Executive - Inside Sales - Property Hindi Urdu Speakers

About the role

Bayut.com, a leading online property portal in the UAE, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its Inside Sales team. The role focuses on telephonic sales of property advertising packages, targeting Hindi and Urdu speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate leads from cold, warm and hot sources and qualify them against product and service criteria.
• Consult prospects on business challenges and recommend suitable advertising packages.
• Prepare and send proposals via email while maintaining professional etiquette.
• Record all interactions and updates in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Offer feedback to management to shorten the sales cycle and enhance brand reputation.
• Represent Bayut.com positively in the marketplace.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of daily calls and closures.
• Bilingual Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
