Sales Executive

About the role

Join the Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah sales team to drive corporate, leisure and group business, delivering memorable experiences for every guest. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the hotel’s market presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate and leisure business opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and business development activities.
• Maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, government entities and key local businesses.
• Generate room‑night, meeting, event and group business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Ras Al Khaimah and the wider UAE.
• Support the preparation of sales plans, account strategies and business forecasts.
• Update all sales activities and account information in Hilton sales systems and CRM platforms.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and industry functions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Commercial Leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in corporate sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and commercial landscape.
• Established network of corporate contacts within Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
