Sales Executive

About the role

VENDAVENDA is a fast‑growing B2B marketplace that connects foodstuff suppliers with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other businesses across the UAE. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition and help clients place their first orders on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business customers through outbound calls, field visits and prospecting.
• Contact potential clients to introduce VENDAVENDA, understand their purchasing needs and arrange meetings.
• Demonstrate the platform and assist customers with registration and placing their first orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and convert prospects into active customers.
• Promote relevant products and offers based on customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of calls, visits and follow‑ups.
• Gather market feedback on pricing, products and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HORECA or FMCG sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence in making outbound sales calls and conducting face‑to‑face meetings.
• A proactive, target‑driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Good organisational and follow‑up skills.
• Willingness to learn about foodstuff products and the B2B wholesale market.
• UAE market knowledge and an existing business customer network are advantages.
