About the role
The Sales Executive will drive client acquisition and manage existing accounts for Rixos properties in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking and outreach.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain regular contact and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to showcase property facilities.
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate rates and close deals in line with revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and track sales performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
