Bartender

About the role

As a Bartender at Rixos Bab Al Bahr you will be the face of our food & beverage experience, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the bar at opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes.
• Process drink orders, ensure correct billing and prepare cocktails according to the hotel’s beverage manual.
• Maintain bar stock, receive and verify liquor deliveries, and keep the bar area neat and tidy.
• Provide personalized service, greet regular guests by name and note preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries and issues, escalating to a manager when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations within an all‑inclusive concept.
• Passion for excellent service and strong team player.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is an asset.

Required skills

• Complete working knowledge of bar items, ingredients and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to organize requisitions, verify stock and manage bar security.
