Sales Executive

About the role

Sharaf DG is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote banking products, including credit cards, to customers in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through the application process, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell banking products such as credit cards and achieve assigned monthly sales and business goals.
• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
• Explain product features, eligibility, benefits, and terms to customers and assist with application submission and KYC documentation.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and activity updates while coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and data confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, credit cards, or direct sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience in selling banking products and strong knowledge of product features and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Knowledge of KYC and basic banking compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM usage.
