Sales Executive – Lubricants, Batteries & Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

The Sales Executive will develop and maintain business relationships with customers across the UAE, focusing on lubricants, batteries and automotive spare parts. The role involves regular visits to client premises to achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential customers.
• Visit prospective and existing customers to present product catalogs, pricing and advantages.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs and customised solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and provide sales support.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and secure orders.
• Open new customer accounts and ensure all administrative requirements are met.
• Monitor sales performance, provide regular status reports and address any issues to meet targets.
• Assist credit control team in collections and resolve customer disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically selling lubricants, batteries or automotive spare parts.
• Strong understanding of automotive market trends and customer needs.
• Higher Secondary or Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
