Sales Executive - Marble Products

About the role

A leading marble trading company that sources, supplies and distributes high-quality marble products globally is hiring a full-time Sales Executive in Dubai. The role covers client relationship management, sales and business development, product knowledge, market research and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify potential clients and understand their needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Meet sales targets, identify new business opportunities and market trends, and prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Build in-depth knowledge of marble products, their characteristics, applications and pricing, and educate clients on the features and benefits of different varieties.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing strategies and trends to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide customer service from initial inquiry through to post-sale support, handling inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Work with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely order delivery.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the marble industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with excellent networking ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
