Sales Executive – Marine Engine (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead the Marine Engine business for Al Futtaim Automotive’s marine division in Dubai. The role focuses on selling marine engines, outboard motors and propulsion systems to boat builders, fleet operators and commercial customers across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with the division’s growth objectives.
• Identify new opportunities, build a pipeline of prospects and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, boat builders and other industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and uncover additional business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide market intelligence, track competitor activity and stay updated on emerging marine technologies.
• Travel across the GCC as required to support regional operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in marine engines, outboard motors or propulsion systems.
• At least 2 years of sales experience within the GCC region.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine products and the ability to communicate complex solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• In‑depth knowledge of marine engines, outboard motors and propulsion systems.
