Sales Executive – Middle East (Dubai)

About the role

Nichebox is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the growth of luxury fragrance brands across the Middle East, based in Dubai. You will work closely with distributors, retailers and internal teams to drive sales, execute brand strategies and uncover new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributor relationships across the Middle East.
• Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance to achieve sales targets.
• Align and execute activation plans in line with brand strategy.
• Develop and monitor sales forecasts and performance plans.
• Support assortment planning, stock management, and order processes.
• Partner with Trade Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and Retail teams.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and support execution.
• Monitor retailer and distributor performance, payments, and commercial agreements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience within beauty, luxury, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work with distributors and retail partners.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets and functions.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
