Sales Executive (Occupational Health & Safety / PPE)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and commercially astute B2B Technical Sales Executive to drive wholesale and enterprise business development for Rangers Safety Systems, a leading supplier of certified PPE and safety solutions in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Actively hunt, pitch, and secure bulk PPE supply agreements and framework contracts across target B2B accounts.
• Manage client accounts in line with commercial guidelines, negotiating favourable payment structures.
• Represent the company at major industry expos, converting footfall into high‑value procurement pipelines.
• Present product compliance sheets, technical specifications, and ANSI/EN/CE certifications to HSE managers, engineers, and procurement committees.
• Build sustainable, repeating order cycles with procurement managers, facility directors, and industrial contractors.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B & B2C field sales within the UAE industrial, PPE, safety equipment, or building materials supply sector.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) for managing vendor relations and technical tenders.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong negotiation capability with emphasis on selling quality, compliance, and reliability.
• Legal work authorization in the UAE (transferable visa, family sponsorship, or independent residency permit).
