Sales Executive - Perfume Industry (Female, Arabic-speaking)

About the role

Ultiwise Consult is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive for its perfume industry business in Dubai. The role focuses on finding and securing new business, building strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets. The position is full time, paid 8,000-10,000 AED, and calls for 3-4 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the perfume industry through market research on customer needs, trends and competition.
• Develop and run sales strategies to reach revenue targets, and build a steady sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with existing and potential customers, give good customer service and tailor product recommendations.
• Promote and sell perfume products, prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders, and work with distributors and retailers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams, and provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Goal-oriented, with a passion for and knowledge of the perfume industry.
