Sales Executive – Real Estate Partnerships

About the role

The Sales Executive with a real‑estate background will generate business opportunities and drive revenue for The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai by building strategic partnerships with developers, property managers, brokers and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with real‑estate developers, brokerage firms, property‑management companies and corporate clients.
• Generate leads and secure business for room nights, long‑stay packages, corporate housing, meetings, conferences and events.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, presentations and networking activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by hotel management.
• Negotiate and execute contracts in line with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the hotel’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience in real‑estate, luxury hospitality or property development.
• Strong network within the UAE real‑estate market (highly preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
