Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive or Sales Manager to drive growth of our ACE Construction Equipment line. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors, dealers and fleet operators across the GCC region and delivering sales targets for heavy‑equipment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, fleet operators and key industry customers.
• Promote and sell heavy‑construction equipment and related solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, close sales and follow up with customers.
• Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of sales experience in heavy or construction equipment.
• Experience in the GCC market is preferred.
• Strong B2B sales network within the construction/heavy‑equipment sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
