About the role
The Sales Executive will drive Volvo vehicle sales in Dubai, focusing on achieving unit targets, gross margin, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) uptake while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales and gross margin targets, ensuring branch profitability.
- Meet monthly F&I product sales, trade‑in, and accessory targets.
- Guide customers through the sales journey, converting at least 25% of tel/web/walk‑in enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the Fastrack system.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and showroom staff to maximise sales and NPS scores.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably automotive.
- UAE national.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Exceptional written and spoken communication.
- Strong negotiation and upselling abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
