About the role

3M is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader for its Retail Channel in Dubai. You will drive profitable sales across multiple divisions and brands, working with strategic retail accounts and partners throughout the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the retail channel in assigned countries.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key regional retail accounts and partners.
  • Implement sales deployment plans aligned with division and brand strategies, adapting to market dynamics.
  • Analyse customer sell‑out and category data to identify trade opportunities and design actionable plans.
  • Manage product visibility, merchandising, planograms and promotional activations to boost incremental sales.
  • Set standards and procedures to support internal functions and ensure efficient service levels.

Required profile

  • University degree from an accredited institution.
  • Retail background in FMCG with experience managing key retail accounts.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Modern Trade Manager or Sales Manager in the Middle East FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, high ethical standards and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the GCC region.

Required skills

  • Fluency in English.
