Sales Manager – Business Setup & Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dedicated team focused on company formation, licensing, visas and related corporate services across the UAE. The role requires strong leadership, a proven sales record and deep knowledge of mainland, free‑zone and offshore business setup processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Sales Consultants/Business Setup Advisors.
• Drive sales targets for company formation, licensing, visas and corporate services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews and provide coaching.
• Handle escalated client inquiries and close high‑value deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline management and sales reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance for smooth client onboarding.
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales staff.
• Maintain relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of team‑leading experience in the Business Setup/Company Formation industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mainland, free‑zone and offshore setup procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, incentives and performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
