Sales Manager – Dubai (Middle East)

About the role

Meliá Hotels International is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its government and corporate sales activities in Dubai and the wider Middle East region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across our hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow existing government and corporate accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and contract management for government and corporate contracts.
• Support budgeting and business plan preparation.
• Coordinate group and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or government sales, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a solid business development track record.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
