Sales Manager - Heat Exchangers, Middle East

About the role

SPX FLOW is looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Manager to lead and grow its Heat Exchanger (HEX) business across the Middle East. The role focuses on capturing and reconverting aftermarket (AM) opportunities while expanding original equipment (OE) sales to strengthen the installed base. It covers the Middle East territory and is open to Saudi citizens only in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for the assigned region
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each end market, covering OE and AM sales of APV Plate Heat Exchangers
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across industries and applications
• Grow the installed base proactively and build relationships with OEMs, system integrators and channel partners
• Onboard new channel partners and support them in building technical and commercial capabilities
• Conduct joint customer visits, advise on product selection and lead negotiations in line with pricing and margin policies
• Manage sales pipelines and CRM reporting accurately, and ensure the financial reliability of customers and partners
• Support partners in resolving aftermarket needs and plan and run promotions such as exhibitions, seminars and campaigns
• Collaborate with partners on local marketing plans, track partner performance and run improvement plans

Required profile

• Strong commercial and technical understanding of new equipment and aftermarket sales
• Experience in the Middle East is highly desirable; background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, HVAC, EPC or OEM markets is an advantage
• Proven ability to develop and manage channel partners
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus); knowledge of plate heat exchangers is a plus
• Results-driven, competitive, with strong closing skills and excellent communication and relationship-building skills
