Sales Manager – Hospitality ATS (Europe)

About the role

Hospitaliti Group is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to drive revenue for its hospitality‑focused Applicant Tracking System across Europe. You will work remotely from Dubai, travel to key events, and use your network to open doors, run demos, negotiate deals and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt, pitch, demo and close ATS deals with hotel groups, management companies, luxury collections and restaurant groups across Europe.
• Convert existing industry relationships into pipeline within the first 30 days.
• Cross‑sell the ATS to warm enterprise accounts with real budgets and hiring pain points.
• Represent Hospitaliti at major trade shows and industry events throughout Europe.
• Build the European sales playbook covering pricing, objection handling, champion development and reference gathering.
• Provide market feedback directly to the CTO and Product Manager.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SaaS, HR‑tech or hospitality‑tech sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota.
• Strong network of GMs, HR/Talent Directors, regional VPs and owners in the Middle‑East hospitality sector.
• Deep familiarity with the hospitality industry – either through prior work, sales, or lived experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building processes from scratch in a scale‑up environment.
• Hands‑on approach – prefers running demos over internal meetings.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Based in Dubai and ready to travel immediately.
