Sales Manager - Investment Sector

About the role

Prospero Investment Group is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in the investment sector. The role suits someone who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships and can lead a sales team to exceed targets. The position is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify, approach and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored investment solutions.
• Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to optimise client acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the investment or financial services sector.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of investment products and market dynamics.
