About the role
As a Sales Manager for the Kitchen category covering the Northern Emirates (RAK, Ajman & Sharjah), you will drive growth by promoting our kitchen solutions to retail clients both in‑showroom and through field activities. You will shape market strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure our product portfolio meets evolving market demands.
Key responsibilities
- Promote kitchen offerings to retail customers in showrooms and at external events.
- Develop and execute market strategies and sales targets for the Kitchen category.
- Identify future customer needs and stay updated on emerging kitchen technologies.
- Support and guide the sales team, monitor performance, and assist in winning projects.
- Organise “lunch and learn” events and other customer‑engagement activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to after‑sales follow‑up.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and provide strategic recommendations.
- Maintain key accounts, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in the kitchen appliance industry.
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong account‑management capabilities.
- Valid driving licence.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of kitchen appliance trends and technologies.
