Sales Manager – Leisure & Groups

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a Sales Manager – Leisure & Groups to drive revenue growth through leisure sales and elite group delegations. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to deliver unforgettable experiences for high‑net‑worth guests and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting high‑net‑worth individuals, travel advisors and luxury travel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, concierges and destination‑management companies to generate leisure bookings.
• Design bespoke packages, experiences and itineraries that reflect the resort’s exclusivity.
• Manage the full leisure sales cycle from inquiry to post‑stay follow‑up.
• Collaborate with marketing, F&B and operations to create seasonal campaigns and unique guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new leisure opportunities.
• Represent the resort at luxury travel trade events, roadshows and networking opportunities.
• Drive group and event revenue, including corporate events, conferences, weddings and private gatherings.
• Prepare tailored proposals, contracts and quotes for group bookings and ensure seamless delivery with internal teams.
• Track and report group sales performance against targets.
