Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality (Russia & CIS)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive luxury hospitality sales for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai, focusing on the Russia and CIS markets. The role will develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue from high‑end villa and suite clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies targeting Russia and CIS to grow market share and achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with ADOS and DOSM to align regional plans and drive business from key feeder markets.
• Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Monitor market trends, gather intelligence and share insights with the team.
• Promote Jumeirah’s brand promise “Stay Different” and secure new partners in the target regions.
• Focus on high‑end clientele for villa and suite products.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Russia and CIS markets.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the 5‑star hotel industry.
• Professional attitude, high grooming standards and strong presentation abilities.
• Result‑driven, action‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time‑management skills.
