Sales Manager – Machinery Filtration & Acoustic Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Machinery Filtration and Acoustic Systems business across the UAE, Oman and Yemen. The role is responsible for preserving revenue from the current installed base while expanding sales of replacement filters, system upgrades, repairs and site services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing customer relationships to secure the current installed base and promote optimal solutions.
• Increase the opportunity funnel to achieve approximately 10% year‑on‑year territory growth.
• Drive closure of replacement‑filter (ReMIF) and system‑upgrade (ReFIT) opportunities.
• Prepare quotations via the CRM system in collaboration with inside‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for installed base, opportunities and forecasts.
• Own the annual territory business plan and resolve client issues to protect brand reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Technical and operational understanding of gas turbine, compressor and engine filtration systems.
• Knowledge of product and service costing/pricing principles.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
