Sales Manager – Real Estate Content Solutions

About the role

Bayut Studios is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead commercial growth and market expansion across the UAE. You will drive revenue by identifying high‑value opportunities with leading property developers and positioning Bayut Studios as the premier provider of creative real‑estate content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish Bayut Studios as the top real‑estate content provider in the UAE.
• Leverage the Bayut & dubizzle network to prospect, engage and sign high‑tier property developer clients.
• Conduct daily outreach to marketing heads and key decision‑makers, securing meetings and advancing the sales funnel.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation, contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to set targets and refine sales strategies.
• Provide expert advice on digital tools that accelerate property sales and translate technical services into clear client solutions.
• Monitor competitors, analyse CRM data and produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Partner with finance to ensure timely invoicing and collection of client payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in media production, digital marketing or real‑estate services.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
