Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling residential properties to new and existing customers, matching client needs with Aldar's inventory and launches. The role focuses on daily interaction with potential buyers, lead generation, and transaction facilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.
• Showcase properties, conduct site visits, and prepare presentations.
• Issue sales offers, manage contracts, payment plans, and related documentation.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets aligned with the annual goal.
• Develop and maintain a client database in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and brokers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of residential real estate sales experience with a track record of AED 100 million annual sales.
• Proven ability in tenant/customer relationship management within the GCC/UAE market.
• Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Diploma in business or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
