Talenza Partners is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of a client in the Travel Technology industry in Dubai. The role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct negotiations and present solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the Travel Technology industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Experience working within the UAE market is an added advantage.
• Results‑oriented with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
