Sales & Marketing Executive - Fleet Management

About the role

A fleet management company is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive in Dubai. The role develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share in the fleet management industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities and partnerships, and build relationships with new and existing clients through regular meetings and presentations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, conduct market research and segment the market.
• Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking events, digital marketing and referrals, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team on sales collateral, presentations, case studies and product documentation.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure, track activities, update the CRM and report on performance and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team and with operations and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in fleet management or the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of fleet management technologies, trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
