About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our IT/ELV solutions in the UAE market. The role combines field sales activities with remote outreach to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and follow target‑based sales processes.
Conduct field and door‑to‑door sales visits and client meetings.
Present products and services, negotiate and close deals.
Maintain CRM records including emails, calls and follow‑ups.
Coordinate with internal teams on quotations and service delivery.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales & marketing within the IT/ELV sector in the UAE.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Diploma acceptable).
Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic preferred.
Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory) and own visa preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with CRM tools.

What we offer

Salary AED 2,000‑2,500 per month plus commission and incentives.
Accommodation, communication allowance, health insurance and transport.
