Sales Merchandiser - Frozen Food

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Merchandiser to support our frozen food portfolio across retail outlets in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that our products are presented according to brand standards, maintain optimal stock levels, and help drive sales through effective merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to schedule and verify product placement.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure proper pricing.
• Set up promotional displays and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Check product expiry dates and apply FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Observe competitor activity, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, stock, and merchandising actions.
• Report out‑of‑stock situations and market observations to the supervisor.
• Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in merchandising, sales merchandising, or FMCG retail preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple retail locations.
• Organizational and reporting abilities.
• Experience in UAE retail/FMCG is an advantage.
