Sales Product Specialist – Medical Furniture & EMS

About the role

AMMT Property Management is looking for a motivated Sales Product Specialist to promote medical furniture and EMS products across the UAE healthcare sector. The role involves building relationships with hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centres, identifying new business opportunities and delivering product expertise to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a full range of medical furniture and EMS solutions to private and government healthcare facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centres.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and clinical consultations for healthcare professionals.
• Negotiate contracts, follow up on enquiries and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to spot growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, sales activities, pipeline updates and forecasts using ERP systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide after‑sales support and nurture long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of UAE experience selling medical furniture and EMS products.
• Strong network within private and government healthcare sectors in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of hospital furniture, EMS products, procurement processes and facility requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
