About the role

The Public Health Research Center at NYU Abu Dhabi seeks a Post‑Doctoral Associate to lead large‑scale population genomic analyses for the UAE Healthy Future Study, a cohort of 15,000 Emirati nationals.

Key responsibilities

Design and execute whole‑genome sequencing and multi‑omics analyses on high‑performance computing infrastructure.
Investigate the genetic architecture of complex traits and contribute to interdisciplinary research projects.

Required profile

PhD in human genetics, genetic epidemiology, biostatistics, computational biology or a related field.
Within five years of PhD completion with a strong publication record in large‑scale genomics.

Required skills

Experience with whole‑genome sequencing data.
Proficiency in multi‑omics data integration.
Ability to work in high‑performance computing (HPC) environments.
