About the role

We are a leading food and beverage distributor seeking an energetic Sales Representative for the HORECA channel in the Northern Emirates. This outside‑sales position focuses on promoting our product range, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability and usage, and provide practical training to client staff.
  • Coordinate with the credit department to collect accounts receivable and ensure payments are received according to approved terms.
  • Manage delivery schedules, resolve order issues such as stock shortages or special orders, and liaise with the transportation team.
  • Participate in company promotions, customer visits, events and attend sales and district meetings.
  • Analyse daily and weekly sales reports, special‑order requests and profit‑margin data.
  • Prepare sales budgets, quotes, menu suggestions, process credits and pick‑up requests, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions and assist in training new employees as required.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Channel Manager or Head of Sales.

Required profile

  • College or university diploma with at least 2‑3 years of relevant sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in customer‑focused sales, preferably within the food‑service sector.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Arabic language skills are preferred.
